I was skeptical to try this because most products don't deliver on what they claim. I've been taking this every day for almost a month and after just the first day I could tell it was working. Normally between 2 and 4 pm i get really sluggish and now I just feel normal and active. I also noticed that my knees aren't as sore and stiff in the mornings and no issues throughout the day. I highly recommend this! Oh and it tastes great so you don't have to choke it down.
